Terms and Conditions (T&C) of Helvera
1. Conclusion of Contract
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (T&C) of Corchia Essentials (hereinafter referred to as "Helvera") apply to all orders placed by customers in online stores operated by Helvera.
1.2. The display of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an informal online catalog. By clicking the "Order Now" button, you place a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart. A binding contract is concluded when the order confirmation is received.
2. Right of Return / Right of Withdrawal
2.1. Legal Right of Withdrawal (EU and Switzerland)
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the receipt of the goods. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods and return the goods to us. The goods must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. To comply with the withdrawal period, the goods must be sent back within 10 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
2.3. Exceptions to the Right of Return
The following are excluded from the return policy:
- Used goods (items that have been used).
- Sealed products (if the seal has been removed after delivery)
- Original packaging (Goods that are not in the original packaging or where the packaging has been damaged)
2.4. Return Process
Please send the goods back with all accessories and packaging components to the return address we provide. If the original packaging is no longer available, please ensure the goods are securely packaged to avoid transport damage. 3. Warranty for Defects
3.1. Legal Warranty for Defects
For defects in the delivered goods, the statutory warranty for defects of 2 years applies. This includes the right to repair, replacement delivery, or a refund of the purchase price. Within the first 6 months after delivery, it is presumed that a defect existed at the time of delivery unless the seller can prove otherwise.
3.2. Defect Notification

4. Disclaimer of Liability
4.1. Helvera's liability for contractual and non-contractual damages is excluded, unless the damage was caused intentionally or by gross negligence, as far as legally permissible.
4.2. Helvera is not liable for indirect damages or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by law.
4.3. Helvera is not responsible for the content of external links. The operators of the linked pages are solely responsible for their content.
4.4. Helvera is not liable for damages occurring during shipping by the transport provider. Shipping is at the buyer's risk, unless otherwise agreed. If the buyer opts for insured shipping, the transport provider is liable in the event of damage, and the buyer can claim the damage through the insurance.
5. Prices and Payment
5.1. Shipping Costs
- Delivery within Switzerland, Liechtenstein and the EU is free for orders over 60 CHF/EUR.
- For orders below 60 CHF/EUR, standard shipping rates apply.

5.2. Payment
Payment is made via credit card, Twint, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. You will enter your payment details during the order process. After completing the order process, your payment method will be charged with the total amount.
5.3. Payment Failures
In the case of a failed payment or a chargeback, we reserve the right to cancel the order and request payment again.
6. Delivery
6.1. Delivery is generally made within Switzerland, Germany, the EU, and worldwide.
6.2. Deliveries within Switzerland are made by Post CH AG. Deliveries outside Switzerland are made by the DHL Group. Goods are only delivered in quantities suitable for household use and solely to end consumers.
6.3. Customers are responsible for complying with local customs regulations. Any customs duties, taxes, or other charges incurred upon delivery are to be borne by the customer. Helvera is not liable for any customs fees or taxes that may arise during the importation process.
7. Force Majeure
7.1. Helvera is not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by events of force majeure, such as war, natural disasters, pandemics, government measures, or power outages.
7.2. If delivery is delayed due to force majeure, we will inform the customer immediately.
8. Applicable Law / Jurisdiction
8.1. For contracts with consumers, the mandatory law of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence applies.
8.2. For all other cases, Swiss law applies. The jurisdiction is the location of Helvera, unless mandatory legal provisions of the customer's residence take precedence.
9. Data Protection

10. Severability Clause
10.1. If any provision of these T&C is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. Invalid provisions will be replaced by valid provisions that most closely align with the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
