Meet the founder of Helvera
After years of using conventional skincare that left his skin dry and irritated, Simon started digging deeper. He found that many products were packed with harmful additives like silicones, parabens, and artificial fragrances. In search of a truly skin-friendly alternative, he discovered tallow-based skincare—valued for its natural compatibility and deep nourishment. But the few options available in Europe were often diluted with plant oils like jojoba or almond, compromising the original concept. That’s why he created Helvera: skincare rooted in Switzerland, crafted with care, and as pure and powerful as the Swiss Alps.

The beef tallow is carefully rendered by slowly heating the kidney fat (suet) at a low temperature and then filtering it to separate the impurities. This process transforms the kidney fat into a pure, rich base, which we call "nature's gold".

Our tallow soap is made by carefully blending lye with rendered beef tallow using the cold process method. This technique ensures the soap retains its natural nourishing qualities, resulting in a gentle, skin-loving bar.
