Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the receipt of the goods. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods and return the goods to us. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this period and return the goods in accordance with the conditions listed below.
Conditions for the Right of Withdrawal:
- The goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- You must return the product to us within 10 days after informing us of your decision to cancel.

Return Shipping:
For returns under the Right of Withdrawal, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The cost may vary depending on the shipping provider and the size/weight of the package.
Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your order, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Faulty or Damaged Items: If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will issue a full refund or replacement once we’ve received and inspected the returned item.
Refund Process:

Non-Refundable Items
Please note that products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in resellable condition may not be eligible for a refund.
